BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT MAKE SURE YOU HAVE DROPPED YOUR LACE OFF Please ensure you have dropped lace off 2-3 days before your appointment. HR OR TRANSPARENT LACE ONLY. CUSTOM UNIT AND BUNDLES COLORED Please confirm the color we are doing before the booking. MUST BRING COLOR 3-4 DAYS BEFORE APPOINTMENT. SAME DAY CUSTOMIZATION FEE Failure to bring lace to salon in time will result in an additional $30 fee. NO EXTRA GUESTS ____ DEPOSITS Deposits must be paid online (NON-REFUNDABLE), and will go towards your service cost. The remaining balance must be paid in CASH or ZELLE ONLY. For Zelle, please send payment to 803-457-1010 LATE FEES You have a 10 minute grace period. Afterwards, there will be an additional $10 fee applied to your service. APPOINTMENTS Please plan accordingly for your appointment. You have the option to come washed and blow dried from root or you can “ADD ON” to any service when booking. CANCELLATIONS Must cancel 24 hours before appointments to avoid 50% charge. If you are a no call/no show, 50% of your service is due. No exceptions.
